Conley's leadership team is comprised of experienced managers who are committed to customer service. The executive staff is focused on recruiting and developing the most qualified and dedicated workforce available.








James J. "JC" Conley, President

With an educational background in Computer Information Systems and later one-on-one Business Executive Coaching, Mr. Conley spent the first 15 years of his career in the defense industry working on maintenance management and reliability monitoring systems for the U.S. Army.

After joining his father's company in 1997 to manage the company’s logistics projects, he was promoted to Director of Operations and later Chief Operating Officer. In 2004, he was promoted to President. Today Mr. Conley is President/CEO and majority share holder in the company.

Mr. Conley places great emphasis on ethics and corporate culture, with the well-being and success of his company’s people and his customers’ people being of major importance.

Robert S. Conley, Vice President for Administration

Bob has over 20 years experience as a defense contractor, including 15 years of hands on experience with the C4ISR Program. As Vice President, Bob performs key functions in purchasing, contracts, and general administration of the company.



Michael Grieshaber, Chief Financial Officer

Mike has 30 years of government finance experience including accounting, treasury, contracts, and IT. He has worked with McDonnell Douglas (Boeing) and Engineered Support Systems (ESSI). Mike is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP).



Jennifer Reinkober, Director of Operations

Jen is a retired Army Colonel with more than 22 years of commissioned service. Her military assignments included transportation and logistics positions in a variety of locations. She served both in the United States and overseas, including Iraq, Kuwait, Korea, and Saudi Arabia. She also has extensive experience with Army watercraft. Since her retirement, Jen served as a Logistics Analyst with Alion Science and Technology, working with the US Navy, until joining the team at CAI.




Kara Babb Juneau
Kara has been a mainstay in the maritime industry for almost two decades. She graduated from Kings Point (USMMA) in 2002, followed by ten years of underway sailing experience before coming to work ashore. Kara started working shore-side in leadership positions specializing in training, regulations & compliance for class society Germanischer Lloyd (now DNV-GL), marine navigation & communication company RadioHolland USA, U.S. tug owner TradeWinds Towing LLC, and joined Conley Marine Services in March 2015.
